This build needs corpses. It's not good in gladiator arena, but in tombs, it's amazingly fun to see how the tide of a fight can easily turn.

Soul Reaping: 8 (+1 runes)
Blood Magic:10 (+1 runes)
Death Magic:12 (+3 runes, +1 helm, +wand/focus)

Offering of Blood {Elite}
Verata's Sacrifice
Animate Bone Horror/Bone Minions/Bone Fiends (Your favorite)
Death Nova
Vengence
Infuse Condition
Dark Bond
Taste of Death

Equipment:
Vile Scar Pattern (+1 Death Magic)
Bloodstained Boots (Spells that target corpses are faster)
Any set with 70 AL, Reduces Protection from Holy damage

Wand and Focus: +Death Magic if possible. Else Enhanced casting time/recharge of Death Magic.

Strategy:

Do not engage battle! As a monk secondary, you might be targeted first and without your first minion, you are very weak. Stay far, until the battle begins, then go for called target. With your high death magic, your simple wand attack will do some good damage against casters.

As body falls, raise dead. If a teamate falls: Raise dead, vengence, death nova. Note, vengence last 30 sec after which ally dies. Death nova last 30 sec. So you can be sure poison nova will trigger. (Death nova does damage, but ALSO poisons everyone around it, this is not listed on the web site)

Also BE QUICK on the raise death. A corpse is a friendly corpse as well as an enemy's corpse. First to raise gets the minion.

Strong points:

As you raise minion, you become stronger and stronger. With dark bond and taste of death, you are very hard to kill.

Vengence gives you many, many corpses to play with and does not give death penalty to allies

You can afford the 25 energy raise death. With offering of blood, you really never miss energy unless a mez is taping it.

Weakness:

Having no minions will kill you.
Mesmer hexes and disrupt spells will kill you.
Dispels enchantments will kill you.

I made a minion Master Build myself but I used Ranger Pet instead.

Using certain buffs to keep the pet going, he can make ur first corpse either by getting killed or killing somone. Death Nova and other things are great for him but that's just me.

I must say though, you're build is quite good. But you definitely need a team to make those corpses for ya.
